The bulletin warns of

liquid slugging of the A/C compressor. This condition may cause an

internal failure in the A/C compressor. In some cases the system would need to be flushed, the suction screen replaced, orifice tube replaced, compressor replaced, an in line filter installed and the accumulator replaced. If the system looks clean you may be able to just replace the compressor ,orifice tube and suction screen. This repair would need the system to be evacuated, very necessary to remove air and moisture.

good luck
