2002 GMC Sonoma help with removing Starter

Resolved Question:

i need help to remove the starter for my 2002 gmc sonoma 4.3L v6 4x4. I cannot fit it past the bell housing form underneath. Any tips?

This is easier on a rack, but if you are doing this on the ground, lift & support the front & turn the wheels & push starter back. You may have to reach inside Fender liner to support, then point starter down & out
