hi ,that is a speed control code ,the most likely cause is the clockspring in the column,if your cruise control does not work or does not work right,also it could be a dirty switch in the steering wheel ,..guy..
WHEN MONITORED With the ignition key on.SET CONDITION Speed control switch input above the maximum acceptable voltage at the PCM. One trip fault.POSSIBLE CAUSES
