Hi, I am shortly to start work for a Germany-based start up. I will be the first UK based employee, and we are unlikely to create a UK entity for a year or two. What's the best legal way to do this and to ensure we meet tax/NI/employment contract requirements?

Guten Abend.
Ich bin vor kurzem zum Eigentuemer eines Gebaeudes in Leipzig geworden. Diese Gebaeute hat im Erdgeschoss eine unbenutzte, sanierungsbeduerftige Gewerbeflaeche, deren Zugang mit einer voruebergehenden Wand versperrt ist. Diese Wand ist zu einer Werbeflaeche der Firma Addmission geworden (fuer kleine A4 oder A3 Papierplakate). Jedoch Weiss die Hausverwaltung ueberhaupt nicht bzgl eines solchen Vertrages Bescheid.
Koennte es sein, dass Addmission einfach solche Flaechen willkuerlich fuer sich beansprucht? Wie ist dies geregelt?
