My grandfather Felex Ganz owned a bookstore in Cologne Lengfeldsche Buchhandlung prior to departing for Palestine in 1933. For a time it was run by his briother in law Max Pinette who died during the war years probably in France. Felix inherited the store from his father, Alexander Ganz, who had it since 1876. I have just learned that the store is still in existence under the same name per http://branchenbuch.meinestadt.de/koeln/company/3180448Is it possible to trace how the store changed hands and what was paid for it? What would it cost to find this out?Bob XXXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX
