When you have an accident i accept but when you plan and execute without any thought given to the after effect,there has to be some responsibility for you or your estate when you use other peoples property to carry a planned act.He is not hear to answere,but there is a damage that needs to be compensated by his estate.Not the tenant i agree.They did not know what was going on.

By going to court and claiming that he knew what he wanted to do and decided to use my house to do it in without my permission and his action has effected my life and the value of my house.Was there no responsibility for him and there is no basis for his action?
