Interior Decorator of small spaces I would like to re-cover my 3 “office chairs” which I use for an office/dining/living room in a small 800’ two bedroom apartment. I suspect one would consider the room a Study. I do have clients for which I do psychological evaluations come in and use the computer for testing at times. So it serves office purposes. Chairs this red /tan color passes only vaguely in my mind ….but I’m sick/tired of it. And want something that fits and looks fresher but doesn’t overwhelm someone coming in. I want it to look like: come in…we do business here, but not starched! I would also like it to look beautiful, color without being overwhelming in the small space. I also have a rocker that has fabric I want to match. Maybe it would look good with this old antique wood table, even though the red/tan chairs are probably from the 60’s …who knows I bought them second hand in the late 80’s. It’s kind of hard to “marry the chairs with the table and room, but it’s functional, what I have and need to make the most use of right now. I have some soft pillows that I thought I’d use….but never seem to have a perfect place/fit. Should I try to match these, or the music rocker? Please excuse the mess……I wanted to get the question on the road. Cleaning will come later today.
