We have an account with FPL but now have purchased a new home and are trying to pay our bill on line or over the phone.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: We have tried many times by phone but have had no success getting an agent
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
