https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/ and click on "Recover Password". You will be required to enter your GOES User ID and answer security questions correctly. If you cannot answer the security questions correctly and GOES has your e-mail address, GOES will ask you to enter the e-mail address you had provided. If the e-mail address you enter matches what GOES has, GOES will e-mail a temporary password ***** you.
Please note that your PASSID is your membership number, not your passport number.

Full Name, City/State of Birth (do not send us your date of birth), GOES User ID (if known), PASSID (if known), email address associated with your account.
If you have a username, but never established a password, go back to the GOES registration page and add a password. If you had a password, but have misplaced or forgotten it, follow the directions, above.
If you have never registered your GOES account, please visit the following website and scroll all way down to the bottom, then click 'Register' under 'New GOES User.' If you have ever logged in after establishing a GOES account, click the option on the left, 'Existing GOES User' and if you ever had a password, but don't know it, click 'Recover Password.'
