I got too large of thread caught in my baby lock sewing

Customer Question

I got too large of thread caught in my baby lock sewing machine, thoroughly cleaned it, and now when I turn it on the green start/stop button is lit, but it won't do anything. None of my buttons will work.

Hi and welcome to Just answer.

May I know what is the model of your babylock machine? Try to remove all tangled threads then re-thread your machine and restart.
