Customer: My issue is regarding a Bernina 1230 that I just purchased used. I used to own one in the past. I began to do some practice sewing and suddenly I have a needle stuck in the down position. It will not budge, and the hand wheel will not turn it manually either. The power lights are on as normal; nothing blinking to indicate a problem.
