Hello, There are ways to get into your safe, I just need a little bit of information on the safe itself. Would it be possible to photograph this safe and send the photo to me so I have an idea of it's size, system of entry, and brand name. This will help me a lot as I'm not sure what size the monetary exchange safe is. Thank you, Susan
Thanks for the photo. You've got several options to open your safe, depending on how much money you want to spend, or how much work you are willing to do. But here's some things I would try first:
1. Call the company and give them the serial number and see if they can give you the combination for your specific safe. Here's the phone number for them: 1-***-***-****, Return Policy - World Reserve Monetary Exchange | U.S If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Client Satisfaction team at 1-***-***-**** Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), or email us. https://www.theworldreserve.com/help/return-policy
2. Hire a locksmith to do the same thing. A locksmith will be able to get into the safe, but you'd have to call to see how expensive it would be.
Here is a set of video's that offers you a step by step method of breaking into a safe by removing the floor and then repairing it back to be useful:

If you find (or don't find) these ideas successful, please let me know!
Just checking in to see if you found this information helpful or not, and would love it if you could rate my services. If you bought this safe knowing that there was no combination, but knowing there was something inside; I know from experience that the safe is almost always worth more than it's contents....but I certainly understand the curiosity so I wish you luck! Thank you for your rating!
