The red indicator light and circuit breaker is permanently

The red indicator light for water and circuit breaker is permanently lit and will not dispense coffee. It started with descaling indicator flashing, I have de scaled the machine and now water indicator light will not go out ( have refilled water tank)

Yes, it possibly there is an airlock in the pump and water intake system, to clear this there is a set procedure, it is all explained here: http://partsguru.com/user/Priming%20pump.pdf it covers all Gaggia and Saeco machines.

If still try this possible DIY remedy.

Remove your optional water filter if any.

Sometimes you need to get rough on your machine in able to remove the clog air on water line. slamming the water tank into machine sometimes help. If still, unplug your machine, remove water and turn the machine upside down or shake your machine if possible.

That didn't work so now have to take in to seaco repair shop, please reimburse my money as problem not fixed.
