Customer Question

I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 a few weeks ago, and everything was going great until the last few days. I found a virus on my computer, and, using Zone Alarm, I cleaned it off, or so I thought. It kept showing up. I ended up doing a System Restore, but that has made things worse. All I get now when I turn it on is the message of Inaccessible Boot Device. How can I fix this, or is it fixable?

Hi, I understand how frustrating this kind of issues.

Since the issue started due to a Virus and you have done a system restore there might be issues with corrupted Windows system files. That is why it is showing in accessible boot device. If you have Windows 10 installation media, it can be fixed by inserting the installation media (Windows 10 bootable DVD or flash drive) and then performing the operating system repair. Sometimes a clean installation of Windows is needed.
