Customer Question

I have a new sentry safe that I never changed the original combination on.
My grandsons spun the dial and I do not know the original combination or how to open it.

Hello, and welcome!
My name is ***** ***** I would be glad to assist you.
I'm sorry your grandson moved the dial and you don't know your original combination. You would be surprised at how many people this happens to, with grandchildren! : )
Combinations are never available online for your safety and protection, but you can easily request your combination from Sentry at this site:
https://www.sentrysafe.com/CustomerCare/Lost_Your_Combination
Follow all the directions there, and if it's an emergency, you can request expedited service, which will get the combination to you within 2 days.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
I wish you much good luck with your safe!
Please be so kind as to rate my answer with positive feedback, as that is the only way the site recognizes my assistance. Thank you very much!
Best wishes,
Cheryl
