It sounds as though you have purchased something from Cafe Express and now wish to return the item. As far as their instructions are in terms of their website, they have a 30 day return policy. You will need to contact customer service once more in order to fill out a request form. They will then send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
