What kind of a spider is this?

Hello and welcome. This is only the outer skin of a spider. It look like a "common house spider" Tegenaria domestica. Those are not dangerous and usually are never found on walls (they are always on ground and found in bath tub or shower).

They kind be useful in a house as they can reduce woodlouse, silverfish, dermestes lardarius, bed bugs or any other pest they can pray on.
