You can try this seller, below, and before buying, ask specifically if s/he has number 67 in any of the lots. If s/he has it, you may have to buy an entire lot of a few pamphlets, just to get no. 67, but it may be worth it. I realize this is an old listing and it says 'sold', but that may just refer to the particular lot s/he had for sale at the time, so it's worth a try.
