Where can you live WEST where the weather is around 70 deg year round? I saw San Diego was, but did not look like there was any affordable housing? Prefer Nevada, Texas, AZ, Utah, Colorado?
Hello. If i was to go West i would go faaaar West to Hawai :) It's the place the closest to your range of temperature for year round.

Hawaii is in the US (unless you referred to continental US).The most constant temperature of all the choice you submitted is in Texas, but it's higher than 70F.Arizona because it was hit almost as hard as Florida with housing crash just in the middle of a housing boom may be the one with the cheapest opportunity. That said the temperature in the evening can be quite different than in the day.Other than Hawaii, you may still go for San Diego or San Francisco but it's indeed not cheap.
