Is the anyway to access it quickly and have you tried How to Read the Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and Its Journey [Paperback] because just need a basic list of instructions to follow?

Hi again, William and thanks very much for your patience.It seems that accessing the Akashic Records through the Pathway Prayer or any other means is difficult for some and easier for others. Some people just have the 'gift' to tune into the records for themselves and for others. Other people just don't possess this facility and have a hard time, even with the Prayer, to access the Records for themselves. Following the Pathway Prayer process mentioned in many books on the subject, has not been successful for all and some say the book(s) and/or Prayer are not always necessary if you have the innate ability to 'tune in'. I found this forum which is now closed to new posts, very interesting. You can also read the 'similar threads' listed at the bottom of the page.Accessing the Akashic Records in any way and/or through the Pathway Prayer is a very individual thing and not everyone has the ability to accomplish this easily or at all, so if you are finding it difficult to do, you may not need to do it, or you may reach the level of enlightenment you require and desire, by continuing your efforts. I hope one day you will attain this, if it is important to you!
Not sure if you have any other way because that book company said it works for sure but the thing is i have paranoid schizophrenia and OCD so can't remember what I read and the guidelines to follow to do the pathway prayer process basically?

Any other ways to access the Akashic Records not meditation or anything hard something simple to do and doesn't take long maybe a few days.
