Hello, and welcome back to Just Answer.

Are you referring to a medical and legal transcriptionist--typing/transcribing pages from a doctor's and/or lawyer's recording of notes and records?

If not, can you please explain your situation a little further?

Hi again Marie,

I see you're now offline and I wanted to get an answer to you as soon as possible. From my research, it seems that the going rate for a medical/legal transcriptionist is about $15-$25/hr. (US dollars). However, this would depend very much on if you were transcribing at home, in an office or for a transcription service. It would also depend on whether it was medical or legal transcription.
