Generally speaking, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)has zero identifiable external signs.

There is really no way to tell just from looking at someone if they are HIV positive or not. In other words someone who is HIV positive looks just like someone who is HIV negative as nothing changes but their immune system over time.

Full blown AIDS because of the lower function of the immune system sets people up for things like Caposi's Sarcoma and other diseases which has red "blotches" but again this is in the very late stage of AIDS, not HIV.

Again, there is no way to tell just by looking at someone if they are HIV positive which is why its so dangerous.
