As I have said earlier, racism could happen sometimes. Do not think negatively about our race. If you are eyeing for a job, consider the following tips: 1) Assess yourself first- know what career will suit your personality because most often than not, when you choose a job that does not suit your personality, there is a tendency that you become confused and unhappy. 2.) Focus on your strengths and work out on your weaknesses.
