What does the word close up when someone says they would feel attacked and close up?
Can you describe the situation more? Is there a legal action or allegation of crime?
Like if you ask someone how they would feel if someone said this to you and the response was "I would feel attacked and close up?"
That may mean that the person felt as if their personal space was being invaded. Or it may mean that the person felt claustrophobic, as if they couldn't move or were being restricted.
On the contrary, it may mean that the person would close up, as in shut down.
