Why would a supervisor delegate when he or she finds out that the bathrooms are out of order?
Hi and thank you for your question. I will be happy to assist you.
Delegating tasks is one of the skill sets that make a supervisor a supervisor. As a supervisor you already have a lot on your plate. You need to manage your workload and personnel to effectively combat demand. Bathroom's are a customer amenity so if your business has customers and there is no bathroom to use, this may upset them.
Getting the bathrooms back in working order is essential. So when the supervisor learns the bathrooms are out of order, he is going to delegate based on his work load to have the bathrooms fixed.
I hope this helps, you need further assistance or more detail please let me know!
Experience: Jack of all trades. I know a little bit about a lot of bit.
