My former husband is trying to force the sale of our home for a very low price, I will have to prove he has had the house off the market more than it has been up for sale, He has used the house as a flop house for students during the best selling months of the year for the past 6years.

One way would be with the MLS system. The MLS (multiple listing service) is used by real estate agents to list and find homes.

It is a subscription service. You have to pay to access it. But your local real estate agents will have access.

I would contact a local real estate agent and see if they will run the search for you. If it was listed in MLS, the system will show it
