what is the wine that makes you feel THE MOST fuzy, warm, nice

Customer Question

what is the wine that makes you feel THE MOST fuzy, warm, nice ohh snuggly feeling. this a serious question. i understand different wines can impart different pharmocological effects through stuff like destruction and modification of tannins and i would like, very much, too know the wine that, through its various qualities will impart the "feelings" -- the feelings i initially described, the body feelings -- to the highest possible degree.

Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. It is the alcohol within the wine that is responsible for the warm, fuzzy "feelings." Looking for higher alcohol content would be one way to predict which would have the greatest effect. As for which wine might please you, there is no way to tell. Taste is unpredictable. What one person likes is anathema to the next one. It has to do with a lifetime of mouth taste preferences, just as some people like chocolate and some like strawberry so that wines or coffees with those overtones are preferred by one guy and loathed by the next.

What will work best for you is a matter of trial and error. Most people when they get serious about learning about their wine preferences create a diary so they will know what they like and what they will never buy again. It is also a good idea to find a wine shop with a knowledgeable staff who can recommend wines based on what you have liked and disliked in the past.
