Hi. Just curious if its possible to track down a vehicle that I once owned if I gave a registry agent the VIN? or is that all top secret stuff?

I don't know about TOP SECRET, but it is illegal for anyone to provide the name and address of the current owner.

in the past, people have used this information for stalking and extreme cases, murder.

it no longer allowed.
