Since my credit rating is not good, why does Capital One keep

Since my credit rating is not good, why does Capital One keep sending me credit card invitations to apply for a card with them with 0% interest/? Most cards do not want my business.
Hi and thank you for your question, I will be happy to assist you.

You have to read the fine print. The 0% offer is usually limited for a certain amount of time. After the interest can be as high as 25%-30%. its usually to sucker you into joining and then you end up with the ridiculously high interest rate.
