Since my credit rating is not good, why does Capital One keep sending me credit card invitations to apply for a card with them with 0% interest/? Most cards do not want my business.

You have to read the fine print. The 0% offer is usually limited for a certain amount of time. After the interest can be as high as 25%-30%. its usually to sucker you into joining and then you end up with the ridiculously high interest rate.
