I ordered a twin bed set (one bed). I found out that I needed a MATTRESS. I ordered a mattress and a BOX SPRING arrived. No box spring is going to fix in the frame of a twin bed. Myname isXXXXX and my phone number is (XXX-XXX-XXXX). I want a plain mattress for my bed and NO BOX SPRING. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY!

This is quite common to not use a box spring in a twin bed, you are correct. This sounds like a delivery mistake.

Call the mattress people they usually have no fee for a mistake on their end and will pick it up free of charge and bring your mattress out.
