Being on portable oxygen will NOT disqualify you at all from obtaining a driver's license in Maine. In fact, you will be eligible to get a disability license plate or windshield card. The Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) may also grant disability cards to a spouse, parent, or legal guardian of someone who is disabled. Find out more at:
