what are the requirements in texas for my kid to be eligible

Resolved Question:

Hello,

Most States have the same rules. The child has to have all vaccinations up to date, proof of residency, your child must be 4 years of age by September 1 and meet an eligibility requirement as determined by Texas law. This link goes over the information for you to get your child registered in Pre K: http://www.texasprojectfirst.org/StateFundedPreK.html

I hope this helps and you are able to find a school for your child. Joan
