Hello again, and thanks for your patience.

Your safe is manufactured by Honeywell and you will need to contact them to order replacement keys. I have a customer service phone number for them, but it is in the U.S. and I see that you're located in the U.K. The following page will enable you to contact them via email: https://www.honeywell.com/sites/portal?smap=honeywell_uk&page=contact-us&theme=T9&c=n

You can also check your local phonebook for a listing for Honeywell or Sisco safes, to try to get a phone number and call them for instructions on how to get replacement keys.

If you are in a hurry, you can hire a locksmith to open your safe for you.

I wish you much good luck in getting your safe open!
