Are you able to roast a frozen chicken in a convection oven?

Hello,

You should be able to cook the chicken. The normal time if defrosted would be 35-40 mins on 350*F. You would have to add some extra time to account for the chicken being frozen. The interior temperature of the chicken should be: 180* to be fully cooked. You will need to use a meat thermometer to judge the temperature, but should have no problems cooking the chicken in the ewave convection oven, if you adjust the time to account for the chicken being frozen.
