Why?
Of what significance is the "weight" of anyone's return?

I am doing research on the weight of tax returns. I know that general electric's tax return is one of the heaviest that the Internal Revenue Service recieves each year and is in excess of 40,000 pages. We are doing reasearch on how much easier and more efficient it would be to streamline the return instead of submitting over 40,000 pages each year.
