In the game of Pool (Eight Ball, Blackball etc). loss of game

Resolved Question:

In the game of Pool (Eight Ball, Blackball etc). loss of game occurs when a foul is committed when on the Blackball. Do both players have to be on the black ball, or is it still loss of game if one player on the black ball and the other player has balls remaining on the table?

Hello, welcome to Just Answer. It can happen if the other player has balls remaining on the table.

black ball rules

Note that there is probably no sport with more rule argument in the world. There is lot of different rule by countries and even local area. It's always good to review the rules with someone first if it's the first time you play with him.
