is the VA suppose to automatically award 100% disability to disabaled veterans who have a procedure that takes 30 days or more nto treat?

Already Tried:
nothing. I am a 90% disable vet with ongoing claims for evaluation and have had 3 surgeries with the past 6 months stemjng from the same condition
