I have a digital Home safe and have lost the override keys

I have a digital Home safe and have lost the override keys also i think the batteries are dead how do i get it to open

What are the make and model number of your safe?

When you say you have lost the override 'keys', are you referring to a numerical combination to override the lost combination or does the safe also have a 'key lock', in addition to the electronic combination lock?

Are you still in possession of your owner's manual?

NO I HAVE NOT GOT THE OWNERS MANUAL
THE LOST KEY IS THE ONE THAT OPENS THE SAFE WHEN YOU FORGET THE COMBINATION AND POSSABLY THE BATTERIES GOING FLAT

You can try the original combination recommended in the manual when you first programmed the safe, but if the override keys are lost, I'm afraid the only way to open it would be to hire a locksmith to help. If your batteries are going flat, unfortunately, you won't be able to accomplish anything through the electronic system.
