Hi again, and thanks for your additional and helpful information.

Brinks is now owned by Honeywell, and if you no longer have your owner's manual, which would provide you with the combination to your safe, you can call them and/or write to them to request your combination. Here is their phone number: 1-800-223-8566.
Their office hours are usually 8-6 (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. You will need to submit a notarized letter proving ownership of the safe, and furnish them with other information they may require, which you will find out when you call.

If you are in a hurry to open the safe and can't wait to get the combination from the manufacturer, you can always hire a locksmith to help you open it.
