Where can I find a park / preserve to take photographs for

Resolved Question:

Where can I find a park / preserve to take photographs for a family that is close to Phoenix / North Valley and has Saguaros?

Hello, and thanks for your question.

Take the Carefree Highway East, from Carefree (Pima Road) toward Bartlett Lake. There are many side roads with great opportunities for photos. The area is plentiful with Saguaros, which should be blooming now.

In addition, you might find the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, a good spot for taking picturesque photographs:

Also, these other lake locations would be great for the photos:

You can see a complete listing of all parks in Phoenix, here, and call the Department of Parks and Recreation for more information at: (NNN) NNN-NNNNbr />http://phoenix.gov/PARKS/parks.html
