Hello, All the serial number I can find are 6 digits, if is the 6 digits beginning with 4 it is a Silver Sonic or Super 20.. Here is a picture of a Super 20 http://usahorn.com/used/King/978/Super-20-Alto-Saxophone-Lacquer-3753XX.html . Thank You Tom

I accept your answer and will gladly pay. I assume that the unit must be a silver sonic, however the color of this unit is brass, and the picture that you sent is of an alto sax. my unit is a tenor.. I have a friend that has a super 20. I know what they look like . the octave key is on the bottom of the neck and not the top, like my unit. could you help me to understand this? thank [email protected]

Hello, My expertise is in research and not in saxophones but they made the Saxophone in both finishes. Here are two more pictures that may help narrow it down. This one is slightly older than yours http://www.pmwoodwind.com/instruments.cfm?c=1&instrumentid=2190 but in brass. This one is close to your age but in silver http://www.pmwoodwind.com/instruments.cfm?c=1&instrumentid=1817 Thanks Tom
