Im a locksmith trying to get a safe opened for a friend. I

I'm a locksmith trying to get a safe opened for a friend. I usually get Sentry safes which I am registered with. My company is Security Unlimited. I've been trying for a week to find out what company has sisco safes. The safes model is 1190, the sn. is 014993, the key # XXXXX XXXXX Any way you can help me, it would be appreciated. When he gave me the key #, he had one untill his wife through away the envelope. He had read it to me before it was thrown away. I need both, key & combo.

Hi Mike,

All of the Sisco safes are currently under license as "Honeywell" safes.

You can try calling Sisco customer service at 1-800-223-8566 or email them at [email protected] to request a user's manual or, as a locksmith (after providing proof of your friend's ownership of the safe, and your locksmithing credentials), asking the best way to open the safe with a default combination or ordering a replacement key.
