Hi there,

Where are you calling from?

Thanks,

Scott

Customer: replied 9 years ago.
From my cell phone in arizona

Ok.

That number is XXXXX in South Africa. It's going to cost you *a lot* per minute!

That said, here's how to do it...

Dial 011 to get an international line. Then dial the number, as is.

It may take 30-45 seconds to get connected.

Let me know if that works,

Scott

Wait a second...

That is a known scam phone number.

Did you get an email stating "Congratulations!!!! "You have won US$2,220,000.00 from Redkings Online Promotions"

-Scott

Please don't call that number! They are a known scam, trying to steal your identity, money, etc from you.

Please see this website for an email containing that EXACT number:

http://www.repository.izone.me.uk/repository.pl?action=read_email&email=20071118162617&month=December&year=2007

Also, see this scam warning site:

It's fraud, trust me. They would never contact you by email like that.

If this has been helpful, thanks for pressing "Accept". (And if you ever need to call a legit international phone number, now you know how -- 011 Smile)

I bet you did. Many people have received that email. (The more people they send it to, the more people they can rip off.)

It's listed on scam warning: http://www.scamwarning.org/2007/12/19/urgently-call-the-telephone-line-to-claim-your-us222000000-from/

I hate to tell you, but you haven't won any money. They will try to steal your identity if you call that number.
