Hi Jacob, and welcome to JA!

I'm not sure what you are referring to. It appears that your first visit to our site is today, April 24, 2007.

If you give us more details of you problem, perhaps we can look into it further.

Thanks,

Hi again,

Do you have an account with America Online? If you do, then that is the reason for the charge.

If you don't use America Online, then there the charge is probably fraudulent. There is a chance that someone got hold of your card number and signed up for AOL's internet service using that card.

This has happened to many people, and they are usually able to get it resolved in one of two ways:

  • Disputing the charge through your credit card company
  • Calling AOL and explaining the situation (this is the best option, since you want them to remove the fraudulent account from their system, so they don't repeat this charge every month)

Here are some toll free phone numbers at AOL for you to contact:

1(NNN) NNN-NNNN/p>

If that doesn't work, try:

1(NNN) NNN-NNNNor 1(NNN) NNN-NNNNor 1(NNN) NNN-NNNN/p>
