Thanks for the reply, however the problem that I have is that I sent my TV to a Sony Approved Centre in the UK. I have since had endless problems with their service and standard of work and wish to refer this onto Sony.
I am ideally looking for a Sony complaints procedure where I can refer my grieveance onto within the UK, if you can provide any help with this it would be greatfully received.
