Resolved Question:

I have propogated herbs and the sage and basil have tiny white spots on the leaves. all over, nothing on the stems, but which is gradually spreading. I hope to sell these herbs, but can I save them at all?

I recommend that you take samples of your sage and basil to your local nursery for a free analysis, they will be able to give you the right local products you will need that will not harm your herbs and improve their condition. The nursery will be able to tell you whether they can be saved or transplated to better soil.
