With this saw you can cut between 30 to 70 sq inches per minute, depending on the concrete strength, presence of reinforcing steel, and local conditions.

Taking a near average rate of 40 sq in per min, and assuming concrete thickness of 5 in, the length of concrete cut per min is 40/5 = 8 in, which is 8 x 60 = 480 in or 40 ft per hour.

Assuming a daily efficiency rate of 75%, the lenght that can be cut in an 8 hour day would be 40 x 8 x 0.75 = 240 ft per day.

Also please noe that a 16 in blade may not be able to cut through a 6 inches thick slab (more likely up to 5 inches thick).

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the answer. I am in need of some standards on concret.
1.what are the standards for breaking out concrete after it has been cut. we are talking about, sidewalks, curb&gutter, and driveways, concrete is between 4-6 inches thick with 1/2in. rebar,in it.
2. What is the standard for re-pouring concrete at said applications, after it has been formed.

THANK YOU
