Unresponsive Confirmed Password

Several times I have asked for my password XXXXX email from iwon. Every time the answer is the same. Yet every time I try it I get an error message.
How can I correct this situation?

Have them email you the answer instead. You can either view it now or have them email it to you. Use this option that way there will be no need for you to enter the answer to your question! I tested it out and it worked for me.

Reply to Rebekah Johnson's Post: I have been doing that. I said so in my original question. I need to break through the loop and contact the people at "iwon" directly somehow. The password XXXXX sent me several times by "email" does not work no matter how many times I repeat the routine of asking it to be sent to me by "email".
Sorry, but your answer does not help.
Therefore it must be rejected.

Here is the link to Iwon support, I apologize that I did not fully understand your initial question. I was under the impression that when you attempted the answer to your hint question it was giving you an error. With the above link you can contact support and they can assist you with getting in to your account.

I don't know if you've tried this but at: http://www1.iwon.com/home/useridpass_retrieval_comp/ choose the 'Show my password XXXXX the screen option'.

You should also try filing a bug report using this link. As you may have found and error.
