Hi again Customer (name blocked for privacy),

The site has a number in which you can call to obtain the information you are looking for if your friend got married in Oshkosh. These are public records.

Birth & Death Certificates, Marriage RecordsRegister of Deeds
PO Box 2808
Oshkosh, WI 54903-2808
Phone: 920-236-4882

I have looked at the sites for genealogy and have found nothing listed in her name that would indicate there is another means to locate her. Once you have her married name it will be much easier to locate with that , rather than with her maiden name. If she was not married in Oshkosh and you are aware of the county she was married in, let me know and I will be more than happy to provide you with the register of deeds office in that county.Images available only to Customers.
