Hello,Thanks for using Just Answer. My name is XXXXX XXXXX X will do whatever I can to try to help you. We can answer one specific item about one person per question. I would suggest Lehrer, but you may have another idea.
There is rarely ever one origination of any surname, so it is best to start with one person whose full name, date and place of birth are known, and trace that person back in time.
OK, try Jefrazyna Rozina, she was in Kozin or (Kozina), Russia in 1924, 1925. Husband/partner Andrzej Wislenko Lehrer, profession - area sheriff. Had one daughter - Katarzyna nee Wislenko Lehrer, her married name Rasztabiga. She was in Germany during WW11, Refugee Have no birthdate or other details.
I will see if there is any information available. However, most countries do not make birth information available to the public until 100 years after the event, and Russia makes hardly any information of any kind available at all.
It will probably be tomorrow before I have researched all the possible online sources.
